Exchange and Return Policies

Qrius products are handcrafted & minor differences can occur from the photograph. In case of any quality issues, we will exchange the product within 30 days and jewelry products within 03 days of purchase which is absolutely FREE of charge. Kindly make sure the product is unused & its original invoice, tags & packaging are carefully preserved.

To make an exchange request contact our Customer Services Department at support.qrius@dekkolegacy.com. However, all exchanges are subject to stock availability. If you choose to exchange an item, please send back the full parcel to our Banani Flagship outlet and inform our Customer Services Department. We will revise and resend the full order.
